I have lived in Northwest Arkansas for over 38 years and am happy to call Rogers and Fayetteville Arkansas my hometowns! With 7+ years of experience in customer service as a Sales Consultant and General Sales Manager at Adventure Subaru in Fayetteville, Arkansas combined with my knowledge and passion for home remodeling and construction, I am your best choice as an agent. It was difficult for me to leave work to go down to the house to met the repair services so, he met with dozens of repair people who bid the necessary repairs. He even got up on the second floor roof with the roofing company to take video of the roof damage. The best part of it all is that Matt did all of this with a smile and a very genuine concern that I find the house that was the best for me, never making me feel pressured to make an offer. He had my best interest at heart the whole way through the process and gave me the information I needed to know that I was making a good investment. Matt provided me with excellent advise, patience, and enthusiasm when helping me buy my home eight months ago. What makes Matt an exceptional realtor that goes above and beyond was the service he gave me this many months after the sale. I had an issue with my home warranty (provided by the seller) not processing a request for a service to my home. I sent Matt a quick text and within minutes he had spoken to seller's agent, title company, and home warranty provider to get everything straightened out. Believe all the hype!
